Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage and work as a leader of the team with manual testers. Provide support, guidance, and complete training that ensure the management of the effectiveness of the team as required.
• Test Planning: Develop comprehensive test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on the specifications and requirements. Ensure the coverage of the test, which is adequate.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee all the manual testing processes to track defects and identify the error of the documents. Ensure testing processes that are performed systematically with the management of all the issues on time.
• Collaboration: Work on the development teams’ aspects with product managers and stakeholders.
• Procedure Improvement: Evaluate and improve the testing methodologies as per the need. Implement the best practices on the innovative approaches for enhancing the testing in an effective way.
• Reporting: Prepare every test report in detail that includes progress updates and test metrics. Provide recommendations and insights on the basis of the testing results.
• Resource Management: Allocate the resources as per the testing schedules, which meet project deadlines. Ensure the testing process is performed with a planned budget and timeline.
